		<description>Hola Tom. Early January, well I'll be darn. That was alot of ground for ol Mom Nature to make up. :) Yes, I've been there for noreaster's that took as much as 15 feet of beach away over night!! It is amazing. 

I took a couple of pics of the houses. I posted them on my CancunMx.com site. I think there are 4 houses there! It's kind of tough to tell. 

Given any more thought to moving down? Tim</description>

Believe it or not in early Jan. You could enter the beach via a temp wooden stairway at the Royal Sands II and walk south towards the private home just past the  Royal Sands I. The third day we were there, you could even walk past that home. But..........the next day the sea took it all away and very little sand was remaining the next 12 days. Mother Nature is an awesome lady!</description>
