Cancun Beach Party!!!

The 2nd annual Cancun Beach Party, a three-day festival along the Hotel Zone’s beaches, is scheduled for August 10-12, 2007. Activities will include a sand sculpture contest, beach fireworks, kite festival, art exhibits, a sailing regatta, a food festival and beach parties. For information, visit www.arpcancun.com.

    Coco Bongo Reviews: VERY VERY DANGEROUS NIGHT CLUB, OVERLY PACKED, UNSAFE & UNHEALTHY. I want to comment about Coco Bongo Night Club. I spent $50 U.S. last Sat. night June 2nd, 2007 to go to this Club/Show. We arrived to the line by 10:30pm. We were told that the doors do not open until 10:30pm. By the time we got inside there was no room to sit anywhere. I assume only VIP’s were able to enter before 10:30pm?? I would have paid the extra $10 had I known there was no chance of getting a spot to sit without it.

    While standing up in the bar in high healed lady like shoes and looking up to the stage it became tiresome for my girlfriends and I to stand for so long. There was no way of getting through the crowd to get a drink at the bar or to get to the restroom without pressing up against too many strangers. The show was interesting but weird. The girls in the show appear to be ex-strippers or porn stars. A couple girls were appropriate Vegas type show girls with good moves and tasteful expressions. The rest were tacky and trying too hard to be the sexiest. Well not even sexy, more like having sex with the audience.

    By the time we shoved our way to the banos, there was no getting back into the room. The management continued to over-sale tickets and pack the place to the rim. This is THE biggest concern. There seems to be NO FIRE CAPACITY Limits in Cancun. VERY VERY DANGEROUS NIGHT CLUB, OVERLY PACKED, UNSAFE & UNHEALTHY. If you don’t like getting pushed and shoved and wet from other human’s swet than do not spend $50 US dollars on this. Go to Vegas instead or rent an adult movie for the night.

    I was VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THIS CLUB’S MANAGEMENT AND LACK OF CONCERN FOR SAFETY!!!!
